HARGREAVES STOCKHOLM
APRIL 30- MAY 1
Jemima Hargreaves founded Hargreaves Stockholm after training under master goldsmiths in a traditional apprenticeship, then built a practice defined by story rather than trend. Working in solid 18-karat gold, she favors antique diamonds — old mine and rose cuts especially — chosen for the history already carried in the stone, and finishes many pieces with hand engraving hidden on the underside, visible only to the wearer. A nomadic childhood, spent moving between English moorlands and Swedish forests, left her drawn to fairy tale and folklore; ferns, moss, and woodland creatures recur throughout her collections. Each commission typically begins as a conversation, with Hargreaves translating a client’s own story — inherited stones included — into a bespoke piece meant to be worn as a private talisman.
