Alessa Jewelry was born from a literal love story: Alessandra Robles and Yuvraj Pahuja met while studying at the Gemological Institute of America, and in 2009 launched a brand that fuses their divergent origins - her Guatemalan upbringing steeped in color and handcraft, his Indian heritage as a fifth-generation jeweler - into something that reads as neither. The result is 18-karat gold work set with natural diamonds and gemstones, precise by technical standard yet distinctly expressive: contemporary silhouettes with hand-painted detailing, an edge that never tips into severity.
